At Premier Event Buddies Ltd., we believe special events should be memorable for every member of the family—including the youngest guests.

We provide professional, mobile event child-minding and Stay-and-Play services designed specifically for weddings, corporate functions, celebrations, and other special events. By bringing thoughtfully planned play spaces, engaging activities, and experienced Event Child Minding Specialists directly to your venue, we make it easier for families to participate in and enjoy the moments that matter.

From a dedicated child-minding space during pre-event preparations to an engaging play environment during a celebration, reception or corporate gathering, our packages can be tailored to complement your event schedule, venue, number and age ranges of participating children, and individual event requirements.

For families looking for a more integrated experience, our Parent-Supervised Indoor and Outdoor Stay-and-Play Zones provide inviting activity spaces where children can play and participate while remaining connected to their parents and the larger event.

We believe a successful children's space should feel like an intentional part of the event—not an afterthought. Our mobile setups feature carefully selected, age-appropriate toys, games, creative activities, and interactive experiences designed to keep children engaged throughout the event. Depending on the package selected, experiences may include crafts, scavenger hunts, photo challenges, detective challenges, sensory activities, outdoor games, and other event-appropriate activities.

Every booking begins with understanding your event, your venue, and the needs of the participating families . We work with our clients throughout the planning process to confirm the appropriate package, staffing requirements, space, equipment, activities, and event schedule. A pre-event venue visit allows us to review the proposed child-minding or Stay-and-Play space in advance and prepare our setup around the unique needs of the venue and event.

Our Packages
Package 1: 4-Hour Pre-Event Child Minding
This package is designed to provide peace of mind for event participants, allowing adults to focus on getting ready while their children participate in a safe, engaging environment. It is ideally suited for intimate groups of up to 4 children (with the option of adding more) who require child-minding during early event preparations.
Package 2: Flexible 4-Hour Child Minding
Our flexible 4-hour child-minding option is designed to fit your unique timeline seamlessly. Ideally suited for larger groups, this package can provide child-minding during pre-event preparations, ceremonies, cocktail hours, or dinner receptions. You select the 4-hour window that works best, and we create a safe, engaging environment for the children.
Package 4: 8-Hour VIP Child Minding
This VIP package is designed to provide seamless, enhanced child-minding services throughout your event, allowing participants to fully engage while their children participate in a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment with additional conveniences incorporated into the experience.

Elevate your event experience with our curated selection of optional add-ons. These enhancements allow you to further customize your child-minding or Stay-and-Play space, ensuring children are entertained, comfortable, and engaged throughout the gathering.

All of our enhancements are fully integrated into our digital event intake form. Simply check the boxes for your desired add-ons when filling out our Event Child-Minding Inquiry & Intake Form. We will automatically compile your selections, prepare your selected activities and equipment, and include your selected enhancements on your itemized invoice.
Movie Projector & Screen
$75
Transform your child-minding space into a cozy evening cinema. Includes delivery and setup for an end-of-night movie feature. Please note: this service is subject to venue power availability and, where streaming is required, reliable Wi-Fi access.
Toddler-Sized Table & Chair Set
$40
Create a perfectly proportioned craft and activity station for your younger guests. Includes one (1) low-profile children's activity table and four (4) matching child-sized chairs, thoroughly sanitized and delivered directly into your play space. (Recommended for all packages to enhance comfort during crafts and table-based activities; multiple sets may be ordered to accommodate larger groups.)
Highchair Rental
$40 each
A clean, sanitized highchair can be provided for younger children requiring appropriate mealtime seating. Highchairs are delivered and set up within the designated child-minding or Stay-and-Play space.
Booster Seat Rental
$25 each
A clean, sanitized booster seat can be provided for children requiring elevated mealtime seating. Booster seats are delivered and set up within the designated child-minding or Stay-and-Play space and require a compatible adult-sized chair.
Sanitized Pack 'n Play RentalÂ
Provide a comfortable, designated rest space for your littlest guests. Every Pack ‘n Play undergoes a thorough sanitization before and after each use.

Deluxe Beading Activity
A crowd-favourite craft kit including a wide selection of colourful beads and cords for up to 15 children. (Suitable for children aged 4 and older due to the use of small craft materials.)

Custom-Themed Colouring Sheets

Send us your photos, event monograms, pet pictures, or wedding themes, and we will transform them into custom colouring sheets for the children.  (The host must provide up to five digital images at least 14 days prior to the event and must hold the necessary rights or permission to use all submitted images.)
Seasonal or Holiday-Themed Craft Kit
Celebrate the occasion with specialized, mess-free holiday crafts (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Easter, or seasonal variations) featuring stickers, foam craft kits, and custom templates for up to 15 children.

Pajama-Ready Luxury Service
The ultimate end-of-night convenience for families. At your designated time, our Event Child Minding Specialists will facilitate a Pajama-Ready transition using low-profile privacy partitions to provide children with an appropriate level of privacy, while maintaining our multi-staff visibility protocols. Children can change into their pajamas and transition into quiet rest activities, allowing them to be ready for travel when parents/guardians sign them out. Event Child Minding Specialists do not provide personal grooming or oral-hygiene assistance, including tooth brushing. Parents/guardians must provide all clothing and personal comfort items. (Applicable to children aged 2 and older participating in Child-Minding Packages 1–4.)

Custom Design Requests

We are delighted to accommodate custom requests to seamlessly match your event's style, theme, or unique schedule. Special requests are evaluated on an individual basis, with transparent pricing determined by staffing requirements, activity materials, equipment, and specialized scheduling.

Add-On Confirmation Deadline: All custom themes, activities, and finalized add-on selections must be confirmed and paid for at least 14 days prior to the event date to allow adequate time for inventory preparation and customization.

Add-On Availability:Â All add-ons are subject to availability and compatibility with the selected package, venue, event schedule, child age range, and confirmed attendance.

Our diverse professional backgrounds include cheer coaching, Early Childhood Education (ECE), and teaching, and together, we bring a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and experience to every event.
