Booking Policy: A maximum of one (1) base package may be selected per event booking. Where applicable, additional children, staffing, capacity upgrades, and optional enhancements may be added to accommodate the specific needs of your event. Final pricing will be based on the selected package, confirmed number and ages of children, staffing requirements, selected add-ons, travel requirements, and any applicable surcharges.

Please note: Package prices shown above are base package rates. Your final quote will reflect confirmed attendance and ages, applicable staffing requirements, selected options and enhancements, travel, and any applicable surcharges.

Parent/Guardian On-Site Requirement: A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site at the event venue and be reachable for the duration of their child's participation in Premier Event Buddies Ltd. services. Additional parent/guardian responsibilities vary by package and are outlined within the applicable package details.

Premier Event Buddies Ltd. may modify, suspend, or discontinue outdoor Stay-and-Play operations or require relocation to a suitable indoor backup location when weather, air quality, site conditions, or other environmental factors create unsafe or unsuitable operating conditions. The event host is responsible for securing an appropriate indoor backup location. No refunds or discounts will be issued for weather-related interruptions, suspensions, or venue-required relocations.

Important Note: For Child-Minding Packages 1–4, children under age 2 require the pre-booked Dedicated Infant Child Minding Option at a 1:1 staffing level. For Stay-and-Play Packages 5 and 6, children under age 2 may participate while directly accompanied by a parent/guardian inside the play-zone fencing, or the Dedicated Infant Child Minding Option may be pre-booked.

Additional fee: $200 per infant for 4-hour Packages 1–2 or $400 per infant for 8-hour Packages 3–6.

Note: Premier Event Buddies Ltd. does not provide dedicated 1:1 staffing, private babysitting, or specialized behavioural or medical intervention for children aged two (2) and older within its event child-minding services. Final participation suitability is confirmed through the required Parent/Guardian Waiver.

Waivers

Packages 1–4: An individual Parent/Guardian Waiver must be completed at least 5 days before the event.

Dedicated Infant Child Minding – Packages 5 and 6: An individual Parent/Guardian Waiver must be completed at least 5 days before the event.

General Stay-and-Play Participants – Packages 5 and 6: A brief liability waiver must be completed before entry through QR code or paper form. A wristband will be issued upon completion.
