Package 2: Flexible 4-Hour Child Minding

Base Package: $800

Our flexible 4-hour child-minding option is designed to fit your unique timeline seamlessly. This package is ideally suited for larger groups of children requiring child-minding during morning or afternoon pre-event preparation, a late afternoon ceremony or gathering, an early evening cocktail hour, or a formal dinner reception. You select the exact 4-hour window that works best, and we create a safe, engaging environment so you and your guests can fully enjoy the event.

Venue & Space Requirements: Child-minding is provided strictly on-site at your specified location. The physical space requirements depend on the stage of your event:
- During Pre-Event Preparation: Child-minding is provided on-site at your event preparation location for ultimate convenience and ease. To ensure a secure, distraction-free environment, a separate, designated room or closed-off space (such as an adjoining hotel suite or a separate lounge/living area) is required. Child-minding cannot take place in the active hair, makeup, or dressing area due to physical safety hazards.
- During Active Events: A separate, designated room is required to ensure a safe and comfortable space for the children.

Parental Responsibility & Zero-Food Policy: Parents/guardians are required to remain on-site for the duration of the event and remain available if their child requires assistance with needs outside the child-minding activities provided. For children aged 2 and older, parents/guardians are responsible for restroom assistance, diapering, snacks, meals, and other personal needs. Parents/guardians will be contacted via text if their child requires assistance. To help maintain a clean and allergy-conscious child-minding environment, the designated child-minding area is a strict zero-food zone. Parents/guardians are asked to ensure children are fed prior to check-in. Labelled, spill-proof water bottles are permitted. Infant bottles and food are permitted only under the Dedicated Infant Child Minding Option and must meet the requirements outlined below.
- Active Event Mealtimes: For midday or evening gatherings where food is served to guests, parents/guardians must check their children out of the child-minding room for the children's mealtimes.
Curated Activities: Age-appropriate toys and activities are thoughtfully provided to keep children engaged throughout the duration of the booking.
Secure Check-In & Check-Out: To ensure accurate attendance management in this designated child-minding area, a formal matching photo-ID check-in and check-out process is strictly enforced. Children will only be released to the specific individuals designated on the pre-registered authorized pick-up list.
Base Package Pricing: The package price of $800 includes up to 4 hours of child-minding for up to eight children aged 2 and older, with two Event Child Minding Specialists assigned to the group to ensure company safety requirements are maintained.
Children Aged 2 to Under 3: To maintain company safety requirements within a large group, a maximum of four children aged 2 to under 3 may be included in the base package. If a fifth child in this age category is added, an additional Event Child Minding Specialist fee of $200 will apply.
Additional Children: Additional children aged 2 and older may be accommodated for $120 per child, up to a strict package maximum of 10 children total, subject to staff availability. If an additional child aged 2 to under 3 causes the total number of children in this age category to exceed four, the additional Event Child Minding Specialist fee of $200 will apply.
Dedicated Infant Child Minding Option: Children under the age of 2 require dedicated 1:1 child-minding and may be included for an additional $200 per child. A dedicated Event Child Minding Specialist will be assigned to the infant for the 4-hour event window. The Specialist will assist with diapering, nap routines, bottle feeding, and infant meal schedules during the event, allowing parents/guardians to remain engaged in the gathering. This option also includes age-appropriate mobile play gear and sensory items.
- Infant Child Minding Essentials: Parents/guardians are responsible for providing a fully stocked diaper bag (diapers, wipes, and a change of clothes) and all necessary breast milk, prepared formula, labelled bottles, and infant food (such as purées or soft finger foods) at check-in. To reduce the risk of food-related allergic reactions and maintain a safe child-minding environment, all food items permitted under the Dedicated Infant Child Minding Option must be nut-free.
Safety & Liability Waivers: All parents/guardians will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver that includes, but is not limited to, critical medical information and an authorized pick-up list. Waivers must be received at least 5 days prior to the event.

Late Registration: Late waivers will be considered on an individual basis and are subject to room capacity, attendance limits, and staffing already allocated to the event.
Scheduling Windows: The exact 4-hour child-minding window must be confirmed upon booking. Child-minding may be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM, but must be a single, continuous 4-hour block of time (it cannot be split across different parts of the day).

This flexible 4-hour child-minding option provides parents with greater flexibility and peace of mind during the event, while offering children a safe, engaging environment.
